Relationship Status:
Single
About Me:
I'm an English teacher in a small school close to the stunning Mount Fuji. I received a bachelors in philosophy at the University of Calgary. I love singing, playing guitar, reading, writing yoga and Indian food.
How long have you been interested in integral perspectives and what sparked your interest?
I have been reading integral related books for about six years. I read 'A Theory of Everything" in my first year of university.
What integrally-oriented books, teachers, seminars, websites or other experiences have been most influential?
I think I've seen and listened to about eighty percent of the material that Integral naked/life and WIE has put out. Wilber has been the most profoundly influential. However, I have deeply enjoyed the ideas of Brian Swimme, Robert Keegan, Mike Murphy, Andrew Cohen, Don Beck, Alex Gray and many others.
Do you have specific integral practices? If so, what are they?
I regularly practice yoga (integral-ish) meditation (often with a brain-mind machine) compassionate exchange and have been writing sceenplays with Schalk Schalk (now on our third attempt of writing integral sceenplays).
What kind of integral activities are you interested in seeing happen on this network?
Just happy to see more integral networks spring up.
Anything else you would like to share?
Shalom,
Namaste,
Blessings &
Peace

The directionality of these films is in my view towards greater complexity and holism. This film for example, provides the viewer with what I would consider a truly beautiful vision (mostly realistic/scientific) of a future that is both of great heart (compassionate to the life on this planet) and great mind (cutting edge science and greater distinc… Continue
