I have always been a spiritual and holistic health seeker for the real truth, seems we are all spiritual beings in physical bodies...for the time being anyway... learning, always learning, how to be more compassionate, loving, peaceful and connected with all there is.

How long have you been interested in integral perspectives and what sparked your interest?

my whole life, but for last ten years, personal quest for the "truth" in religion, spirituality, God, other dimensions, holistic and complementary health and nutrition, ecologyical health of the planet, peace

Greg Braden inspires me! DailyOM website is amazing...the daily messages are always right on..how does that happen. Deepak Chopra inspires me too.

Do you have specific integral practices? If so, what are they?

qigong, t'ai chi, meditation, Reiki, vibrational/energy medicine, study of world religions

What kind of integral activities are you interested in seeing happen on this network?
