- I am a big fan of Ken Wilber's TOE. I would like to get in touch with other people interested and practiscing integral life. I realy wish to share impressions and experiences with other people in the same integral path. My english is not perfect, I know, but I can understand quite a lot and express myself .
- How long have you been interested in integral perspectives and what sparked your interest?
- Since I read the first book of Ken Wilber, 18 jears ago... The last book I read from him is Integral spirituality (in spanish: Espiritualidad Integral).
- What integrally-oriented books, teachers, seminars, websites or other experiences have been most influential?
- I am working on my own. Meditating, reading, watching videos, audios... But here in Almería (Spain) I do not have the possibility to take part in seminars or find teachers of this integral orientation. I visit, of course, the Integral Institute page, Integral naked, Integral spirituality...Everything I can find in Internet.
- Do you have specific integral practices? If so, what are they?
- I am very careful with my diet, I practice yoga, meditation, I read spiritual books, and I am also interested in what happen in the world and wish to participate in an integral project.
- What kind of integral activities are you interested in seeing happen on this network?
- sharing experiences with other people, learning from integral teachers, reading interesting articles, listening audio conferences, or interviews,...
