A devoted student of alternative medicine who has practiced since 1975 as a massage therapist and became a Doctor of Chirdopractic in 1977. In 1984 I developed a form of healing called Nirodha Karma Healing of which I have now given over 14,000 sessions. I am a Sufi teacher since 1975 carry the title of Sheikh since 1984 from the Sufi Ruhaniat International.

How long have you been interested in integral perspectives and what sparked your interest?

I have always enjoyed Ken Wilbers writings having read his early works (Transformations in Consciouness and The Atman project).
So I have been watching this whole thing happen all along as it has developed.

Do you have specific integral practices? If so, what are they?

I practice a form of healing that I try to use integral principles in.
I have been a student to Sufism since 1973 and believe that general Sufi teachings were an early integral movement. I do some practices that are similar to the Big Mind, Big Heart practice and other types of self inquiry as well as specific sufi walking practices, mediatations, prayers and concentrations.

What kind of integral activities are you interested in seeing happen on this network?

I like the perspectives and discussions of all things integral as well as the community feeling and participation in this movement. I would like to see how others are applying the integral operating system in their daily lives.

Anything else you would like to share?

I relish in the discovery of all things and this breath is the one that counts...
