- How long have you been interested in integral perspectives and what sparked your interest?
- I don't actually remember where I first came across the work of Ken Wilber, but I've been interested in Integral Theory for 7-8 years now, I guess.
- What integrally-oriented books, teachers, seminars, websites or other experiences have been most influential?
- Wilber, naturally enough. I think the first book of his that I read was TOE, followed shortly after by SES and then several other books of his since then.
- Do you have specific integral practices? If so, what are they?
- Not sure what you mean by "specific integral" practices. I don't really practice anything "specifically integral", but rather try to make sure that my practice hits all the quadrants, etc. So meditation, physical exercise, study, and so on.
