How long have you been interested in integral perspectives and what sparked your interest?
I don't actually remember where I first came across the work of Ken Wilber, but I've been interested in Integral Theory for 7-8 years now, I guess.
What integrally-oriented books, teachers, seminars, websites or other experiences have been most influential?
Wilber, naturally enough. I think the first book of his that I read was TOE, followed shortly after by SES and then several other books of his since then.
Do you have specific integral practices? If so, what are they?
Not sure what you mean by "specific integral" practices. I don't really practice anything "specifically integral", but rather try to make sure that my practice hits all the quadrants, etc. So meditation, physical exercise, study, and so on.
