- Bert Parlee turned me on to Wilber's writings ~10 years ago. I first read "The Marriage of Sense and Soul" and was hooked.
- What integrally-oriented books, teachers, seminars, websites or other experiences have been most influential?
- "Marriage of Sense and Soul" because it was my first exposure Wilber
"SES " because it was so comprehensive
"Spiral Dynamics" because I've found it useful
"Kosmic Consciousness "(audio program) because it presented such a clear and coherent overview and answered a number of lingering questions I'd had
"Integral Theory Conference" --I was inspired to hear so many leading integral thinkers share their ideas
- Do you have specific integral practices? If so, what are they?
- Body: weight lifting, aerobic conditioning, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, juggling
Mind: reading and digesting integral writings, applying AQAL theory at work. Right now I am enjoying putting together a training on integral theory for my agencies leadership team
