Welcome Shalini. Based on what you've shared in your profile, I think you will find Integral NHNE an interesting place to be. While there is a strong interest in Ken Wilber and the various projects he is involved in, there is an equally strong interest in other people and integrally-related ideas...

Profile Information

Relationship Status:
Married
About Me:
I am a lover of life, awareness, and new ways of thinking that bring love, beauty, and joy into this world. I am also passionate about research (being a marketing PhD et al) on mindful ways of doing business. My purpose is to help people find/clarify their purpose and develop a mindful marketing plan that gives expression to their passion in profitable ways.
How long have you been interested in integral perspectives and what sparked your interest?
I have a love hate relationship with Ken Wilbur and it dates back to 2002. More recently, my interest in his work on integral business is renewed as it overlaps with mindfulness in business, which is my area of research and business.
What integrally-oriented books, teachers, seminars, websites or other experiences have been most influential?
I read his foreword to The Spirit of Conscious Business by Fred Kofman and was looking for material online on Integral business when I came to this site, which is why I am registering to learn more.
Do you have specific integral practices? If so, what are they?
I have many - Sudarshan kriya, which is a breathing practice that I learnt from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is the foundation, and then mindful observation is something I do whenever needed and was inspired by Jan Frazier and Thich Nhat Hahn.
What kind of integral activities are you interested in seeing happen on this network?
No comments yet till I see what already exists.
